We want you to be confident in your purchase. Because Proxy Switchboard offers a free, fully featured 45-day trial, we strongly encourage you to evaluate the app completely before buying. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
If you purchased a desktop license (macOS, Windows, or Linux) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No detailed justification is required, though we welcome feedback so we can improve the app.
Email phil@trinh.uk from the address used at checkout, and include your order number or license key. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to process approved refunds promptly to your original payment method.
Desktop purchases are handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy; approved refunds are issued through them and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated.
In-app purchases on iOS and Android are processed by Apple and Google. Refunds for those purchases are handled under Apple’s and Google’s own refund policies and must be requested directly through the App Store or Google Play, not through us.
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
